 Hey there! 🌟

🌿I'm a dog-loving, decorating enthusiast who navigates life with a heart full of love for my amazing family. My world revolves around my incredible son, my loving husband, our dog, Dash, and Cat RuRu, making every moment a precious memory in the making in our small hometown in Southern Virginia.

🌿Life has thrown some challenges my way, and I've learned to navigate the storms with the grace that comes from my faith in Jesus. It's not always easy, but the journey is sprinkled with laughter, love, and a determination to learn and grow daily as an educator, a mother, a wife, and a Christian. I am developing my technology skills each day. I was Google Certified in 2020, in the wake of the Pandemic. I learned to embrace and enjoy the advantages of utilizing technology within the classroom. I love using resources, such as, Brainpop, IXL, Blooket, and Kahoot to make learning engaging and fun.

🌿When I am not busy teaching, you can find me reading, spending time with my family, and piddling in the garden. Creating a warm and welcoming environment within my home is euphoric. I also love shopping for discounted products. I like to call it being bougie on a budget, or as my Nana used to say, "Having caviar taste on a Dollar Menu budget."

🌿My friend circle may be small, but let me tell you, the friends within it are worth their weight in gold – a dime a dozen, in fact! We share laughter, support, and the beautiful journey of life together.

🌿Sure, I can get a little hot-headed and frustrated sometimes, but who doesn't? It's all part of the human experience. What matters most is that I approach each day as a new opportunity to learn, love, and laugh. And I am trying my best to love like Jesus, Y'all.
